Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You get 2 free months. Before it ends you choose a plan and pay with PayPal; if you subscribe during the trial, the first charge happens when it ends.
Is my employees' location tracked all the time?
No. The location is sent only at the moment of clocking in or out, never in the background. Each employee sees a notice about it before their first clock-in.
What if an employee forgets to clock out?
The system closes the record at the end of the shift (or after the maximum shift length if there is no schedule) and flags it for you to review and correct.
Can employees clock in at more than one location?
Yes. Assign them to as many businesses as you need, each with its own schedule or none.
Can I export the data?
Yes. Reports download in Excel and PDF, and you can export all your company's data at any time from Settings.
How do I cancel?
From the Subscription page or from PayPal, at any time. There are no cancellation fees.
